Hi, I'm Sani—a Finnish-born adventurer, photographer, and certified hiking and rock climbing guide, driven by a passion for exploring and capturing life's authentic moments. Growing up among Finland's countless lakes and forests ignited my love for wild places, while years spent hiking and climbing mountains around the globe deepened my connection to rugged, mountainous terrain.

In 2012, I relocated to Brussels for what was meant to be a brief stay. Ten years later, after capturing everything from vibrant events to intimate moments of daily life, my longing for the mountains became irresistible. Today, my journey continues in New Zealand, embracing van life and the endless adventures that await.

As both a guide and photographer, my role extends beyond merely capturing stunning images—I actively participate in every adventure. Whether I'm scaling sheer rock faces, trekking through remote backcountry, paragliding above dramatic landscapes, or diving beneath ocean waves, I thrive in challenging environments. With certifications in outdoor first aid and extensive guiding experience, I ensure that I contribute positively to every expedition, providing both safety and expertise rather than simply being along for the ride.
